Returns

You have the option to return items within 30 days from the date you received your order. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@artismama.com and provide the following:

  • A brief description of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the product, showing any damage or defects (if applicable).

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).

Product Condition

All returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Any tags or labels must be intact (if applicable).
  • A proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, must be included.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If the item you received is incorrect or damaged due to our error, please follow the return procedure above. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you the correct item, if available. If the correct item is out of stock, we will provide a full refund.

If the return is due to our fault, we will also cover the return shipping costs.

Discounted Items

If you purchased an item with a discount, the refund will be issued for the amount paid at the time of purchase (including any discounts applied).

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. The amount refunded will be credited back to the same account from which the order was paid.
